Privacy Policy

Apartments Texas catalog. Last updated November 2026.

What we collect

• Account data you provide at sign-up: email address and password (stored by our authentication provider).
• Inquiry data you submit to a community: your contact details, move-in preferences, and message.
• Listing data about apartment communities collected from public sources, with the source kept on record.

How we use it

• To run the catalog and record your inquiry requests.
• Inquiry details stay in your account. They are shared with a community only when you send an inquiry and delivery to that community is active.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

• You can see the status of your inquiries in your account.
• You can request deletion of your account and personal data through the contact page.
